Illinois Affordable Housing Tax Credit Overview

The CLCLT's Office is located at 1904 Greenwood Street, Evanston, Illinois 60201. Our work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10:00am to 4:00pm. We are often busy working in the field during these hours, so please call 847-772-7991 to set an appointment, and we will get to you as soon as we can.

 

 


2010 - 2011 Board of Directors

Our bylaws call for a Board of between 9-15 members and of these, there need be, in approximate equal proportions, Public Representatives (members of public boards or elected officials and employees), Lessee Representatives (representing the interests of low- and moderate-income persons and families served by the Corporation) and General Representatives (representing the community at large).
