Archived filesThursday, May 25, 2006 – Evanston Community Foundation awards $5,000 to CLCLT for land acquisition projectCLCLT has received an award of $5,000 from the Evanston Community Foundation to fund a project to develop a model for board evaluation and acquisition of property for the land trust. The project will assist the board in becoming trained and competent in the methodology needed for evaluating property, raising development funds and executing the deals. Further, it will provide a blueprint for future board members to use in carrying out these activities.
