Borchers, Executive Director of the Patrick and Anna M. Cudahy Fund, Citizens' Lighthouse Community Land Trust has been advised of an award of $5,000 in start-up funds. These funds are especially important to the CLT because very few organizations fund "operating" expenses-the general administrative expenses associated with mailings, fundraising, and getting a non-profit organization off the ground.
