Board of Directors

Our bylaws call for a Board of between 9-15 members and of these, there need be, in approximate equal proportions, Public Representatives (members of public boards or elected officials and employees), Lessee Representatives (representing the interests of low- and moderate-income persons and families served by the Corporation) and General Representatives (representing the community at large).
